You May Have Missed It: Part 2 - A Trip to the Zoo

We joined our friends the Green's for Emery's first trip to the zoo. We got to see all of my favorites:

The Giraffes


The Flamingos


The Elephants.


Emery however, was much more interested in her toy elephant...


and was completely zonked by the time we made it to the giraffes.


D and I love doing things with her for her first time. It's almost like we're doing it for the first time again, because we're doing it as a family. And sometimes I honestly can't remember what it was like not having her as part of our family. I can't wait until she actually knows whats going on! ;)
