Emery is six months old today! Insane? Yes. Though I'm sure you've all heard it a million times before, time is racing by at the speed of light with this little one. She wasn't exactly in the happy-go-lucky, look-how-big-I-am-compared-to-my-pig sort of photo-taking mood today thanks to shots and all. She was more in the sleep-it-off and cuddle-with-my-toy mood as you can see here.
Despite the lack of cute six-month pics, I didn't want to let the day go by without posting something about her half-way mark. So here is a little something about Em. And no worries, those six-month pictures will surely come.
OFFICIAL STATS:
Weight – 15 lbs 12 oz, 50th percentile
Height – 26.75 inches, 90th percentile
Head Circumference – 16.9 inches, 74th percentile
Seriously. Is she even my child? Such a long, lean chica!
Here are some other things you may, or may not, want to know about her.
LOVES: her Zoe dog, rolling, crazy dancing, the orange butterfly on her floor gym, pulling her toy elephant down (over and over and over as shown below), the sound of tongue clicking, ripping mom's earrings out of her ears
HATES: riding in the back seat by herself, the sound of the blow dryer, people besides her mother and father when she's tired, not being allowed to play with the keyboard, reclining
Now for those of you who are thinking I'm crazy because of that first sentence and post title, watch this. It's ridiculously horrible and gets stuck in your head ... enjoy. :)
