Wow! Not a post since September. Perhaps it's because I've been trying to avoid becoming one of those people who has kids and then can talk about nothing
but their kids. I've realized I can't hide what I've become any longer.
It is what it is and, though little Baby M still has over a month of baking left, David and I have let her and the excitement of her arrival
consume our spare time.

The recent weekends have been spent on activities largely centered around the little munch. The weekend of Sept. 19 some of our favorite people came for a visit — Jen, Tyson and Brody. Jen and Becca threw me an
awesome baby shower with adorable decorations, delicious eats, and excellent company.

The next Saturday Ben and Becca arrived at our house
bright and early and we spent all morning doing a maternity
photo shoot. It was fun and, thanks to their talented
shooting prowess, the photos turned out great. David and I are so blessed to have such good friends! (You can see more of the maternity shots and baby shower shots on their blog
here. Plus all of there other excellent camera work.)

This last Saturday was spent watching
General Conference, but even that seemed to be different as we listened to the messages with the
new perspective of impending parenthood. Not to mention the baby shopping we
crammed in, in between sessions!
We're still the same people and of course we'll still do lot's of non-baby stuff. For now though, Baby M has stolen our schedules — right along with our hearts — and
life is fuller for it.

I LOVE the pictures! They turned out soo good! Wish I could have been at the shower but I chose playing in mud all day! :)
Way cute pictures! You look SOOOO good! I wish I could have made it to your shower. My stay at the hospital screwed up those plans. Such is life. Hope you are doing well!
