She also got her shots on Friday. It was heartbreaking, but not nearly as bad as all the needles they had stuck in her at the hospital. She took it like a champ. Mom and dad probably cried more than she did! Afterward she slept all day and did a seven-hour stretch that night. Not bad.
These pictures are a little older, taken about 10 days ago when she was having a particularly chipper morning.
There are lot's of things to love about this little girl. I particularly adore her tiny, wrinkly little baby heels. What is it about tinyness that makes things so cute? Such a bizarre phenomenon.

Valerie is that you? David has been keeping it up for so long. I have missed you. Emery is a doll!
She's gotten so big! I mean not as big as my 20 some odd pounder but she's getting closer :) 2 months goes so quickly when they are that young you blink and they change!
