The first few weeks of summer in St. Louis are the best because the temperatures have yet to turn unbearably, sweltering hot. We took advantage of this 80 degree weekend by being outside as much as we could. Friday night we took a picnic and headed to
Shakespeare in the Park — a free Shakespeare play held every summer in Forest Park. This year they performed the Merry Wives of Windsor. The show was great...the first half anyway. Sadly we had to head home at intermission because David got attacked by his allergies. We're determined to go back and see the second half before the season is over!

Saturday we enjoyed dinner outside with our friends Ben and Becca before catching a movie at the mall. The weather was ideal, the food was delicious (I even kept it down), PLUS I discovered
a new perk to being pregnant — "Expectant Mother Parking!" It's like getting handicapped parking without being handicapped. Awesome. :) Follow that up with the new
Star Trek movie (it's the nerd in me more than David believe it or not) and you have a weekend that's difficult to beat!

Let us know the next time you head to Forest park for the play...we'll go with you! And yes, gotta love the parking benefit!!
Hey you know what's funny. Just before we moved we still had a christmas card pic of ya'll up on our fridge and a friend was over and commented on how you looked just like someone they knew. I said, "yeah, hillary duff." haha. Then, they said "no." But they never did say who they were thinking of.
