Blog Backlog

About every other day for the last few weeks David and I have commented to each other "Man, we need to blog. We haven't written anything forever." After which the other person will agree and we will both continue on with our present task at hand. Today I put an end to that nonsense! (What better day to do that then a snow day?) Yes, part of the reason I didn't have a blog for so long was because I know myself, I know my husband, and therefore I knew that such lapses in our blogging efforts were inevitable. We are both easily distracted with short attention spans and an ability to find a million other things to occupy our time. I also knew that once we lapsed we would have that guilty feeling of needing to get something done and still not enough motivation. Don't get me wrong. We like to record the events of our lives so our friends and families far away can enjoy them with us. Sometimes it's just easier to not create the work for yourself in the first place. :) Regardless, I will not let this blog live so shortly! And so I give you "Blog Backlog."
