This is the result of my latest project. Zoe destroyed my favorite dollar store bamboo coasters a few months back during an incident fondly referred to as the "Hurricane Zoe" (or not so fondly perhaps). I've hunted for new ones, but everything I found was, well, hideous. I ran across some very cute ones on Etsy, but they were far too expensive and I figured 'Hey, I can do that.' And I did. :)
Step 1. Stick squares of adhesive cork to the back of stone tiles.
Step 2. Mod-Podge paper to the top of tiles.
Step 3. Spray tops with acrylic spray to finish. It takes two coats, but be sure to let the first dry COMPLETELY before doing the second.
Step 4. Enjoy tasty beverages and ring-free coffee tables!
