We sent the last night of July out in style: watching the Cards demolish the Pirates. The final score was Cards - 11, Pirates - 1. Nice. Good game + good food + good weather + good friends = excellent night. The only way it could have been better is if they were beatin' on the Cubs. (Sadly I think that is one St. Louis "to do" that isn't going to be done.)
It was also exciting to take Em to her first game OUTSIDE of my belly. It was kind of fun to sit in the same seats I sat in a year and two months ago when I went to her first game.

You can see that she was pretty stoked on it as well. She even whipped out her new face. (Side note: I love how she sits cross legged in her seat. She usually puts her two little hands on her two little knees in the sweetest little way. Awww...melts my heart.)
She got to rock her kicks, too. They finally fit her. I think D has been trying them on her at least once a week. :)

She was so enamored by all of the people that it was next to impossible to get her to look at the camera. But hey, I got a good picture of her last-minute, necessary-for-gender-identification-purposes bow!

I love this picture of us and our friends...except the part where the person taking it couldn't get it in focus in spite of the face finding technology. Oh brother. :) (If yours is better can you send it to me Ash?)


So long Busch Stadium! I hope to see you again. If not, thanks for the memories.
