So it has definitely been awhile since me or Valerie have touched this blog thing. I decided that an update is definitely in order. So here it goes.....
In the middle of March, I had to take my first set of national boards. The tests consisted of six 110 question test over such stimulating subjects like Spinal Anatomy, General Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathology, and Microbiology. Every chiropractic student takes these during their fourth of fifth semester, and they are kind of a big deal. The National Board of Chiropractic Education takes these test very seriously. At the test there are about a thousand proctors, metal detectors, and uniformed police officers. A lot of effort to prevent cheating on tests that 90% of students will pass.
While I was enjoying the experience of boards, Valerie went to visit some friends in Columbus, OH (The home of Ohio State University Buckeyes). She had a fun time and saw some very interesting things unique to the city.
Right now, the focus is on finals. Finishing up this trimester, I will be half done with the D.C. program here at Logan. I can't believe that we have been in Missouri for nearly two years!!
Well, that's about it for right now. Hopefully more exciting stuff happens so we can have a little more to say from now on.
